Our 30 day money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a LytQuest purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers cohort seats, paid mentorship sessions, masterclass purchases and any other paid item bought through our checkout.
You do not need to justify a change of mind. Tell us within the 30 day window and we will process it.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. You can either:
- visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- email us at hello@lytquest.com and we will raise the refund with Paddle for you
Please include the email address used at checkout and the name of the cohort, session or masterclass. Refunds return to the original payment method, and your bank usually shows the money within five to ten working days of approval.
Instalment plans
Where you have paid for a cohort seat in instalments, a refund within the 30 day window covers the instalments you have already paid, and any remaining scheduled instalments are cancelled. Your seat is released and access to cohort roadmaps, curricula and other material ends.
After the 30 days
Beyond 30 days we look at refund requests case by case, for example where a cohort was cancelled, rescheduled in a way that no longer works for you, or did not run as described. Get in touch and we will be fair about it.
Cancelled or rescheduled sessions
If a mentor cancels a paid session, or a cohort does not run, you receive a full refund of the affected amount, whatever the date. Where possible we will first offer you a replacement slot or a seat on the next intake.
