The Founder
Akintomiwa Abolade has spent 16+ years architecting and delivering high-stakes distributed systems across fintech, banking, agriculture, education, logistics and retail, at institutions including NatWest Group, Deutsche Bank and Sainsbury's.
Along the way, one truth became impossible to ignore. Technical knowledge alone is not enough. Engineers need direction. They need mentorship. They need a community that believes in their growth, and opportunities that convert their craft into a career.
